A board meeting runs faster when every open violation fits on one sheet: where it is in the process, what was last sent, when the next deadline falls, and whose job the next step is. This worksheet is that sheet. It is also the document a new board member or a replacement manager needs on day one, because it answers the question that inherited files rarely do: what is supposed to happen next, and by when.

The rows below are examples with made-up lot numbers and section references, so replace them with your own properties and your own governing documents. Keep one line per violation, never per owner, so repeat matters stay separate and the history stays honest. Rows marked cured and verified can move to a closed log after the meeting where the board records the closure. The article on preparing for a board meeting on our blog shows how this sheet becomes the compliance report.
